Welcome to PIXLUMVUE. This website, pixlumvue.com, is operated by PIXLUMVUE LIMITED（派連速技術有限公司）, a company registered in Hong Kong, trading as PIXLUMVUE.
Throughout these Terms of Service, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PIXLUMVUE LIMITED. “You” refers to visitors, customers, and other users of our website.
These Terms govern your access to our website and your purchases from our online store. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You must be legally able to enter into a binding purchase agreement to place an order.
You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, billing, payment, and delivery information. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We aim to describe our products accurately. Product appearance and colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and display settings.
Specifications, included data allowances, supported destinations, device capacity, and power requirements vary by model. Please review the relevant product page before ordering.
We may update our product range and descriptions. Changes will not remove commitments made for orders we have already accepted.
3. CONNECTIVITY AND DATA PLANS
Our portable WiFi devices require compatible network coverage, an applicable active data plan, and a suitable power supply or charged battery, depending on the model.
Actual speeds and connection quality depend on location, network availability, signal strength, congestion, connected devices, and other operating conditions. Advertised maximum speeds are not guaranteed speeds.
Device coverage and included data coverage are different. A device that supports multiple countries does not necessarily include data for all those countries. The destinations and allowances included with your purchase are identified in the product description or applicable plan details.
Data plans may have activation deadlines, validity periods, usage limits, and fair-use conditions. Unused data does not automatically roll over, pause, or qualify for a refund unless the applicable plan expressly provides otherwise.
Additional data plans are purchased separately unless expressly included in your order. Where a plan is sold or supplied by a third-party service provider, that provider’s applicable terms also govern the data service. We remain available to assist with device and plan questions.
4. ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
Please check your selected product, contact details, and shipping address before submitting your order.
We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, or a material pricing error. If this happens after payment has been collected, we will notify you and refund the amount charged for the canceled order.
To request a cancellation or address change, email cs@pixlumvue.com as soon as possible. We will try to assist, but changes may not be possible after fulfillment has begun. If an order has already shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
5. PRICES, PAYMENT, AND PROMOTIONS
The currency, product price, discounts, applicable taxes, and any shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
You must use a payment method that you are authorized to use. Payment is processed through the payment providers available at checkout.
Promotions may have specific conditions, including eligibility requirements and expiration dates. A promotional or discounted purchase remains eligible for returns under our Return & Refund Policy.
If we identify a material pricing error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer an appropriate resolution. We will not collect an additional amount without your authorization.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently offer shipping within the United States, subject to the destination restrictions and availability described in our Shipping Policy.
Products are fulfilled from U.S. fulfillment centers. Our Hong Kong business address is separate from our fulfillment and return locations.
Processing and delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. If an order is delayed, damaged, or appears lost, contact cs@pixlumvue.com. We will assist with an investigation and provide the applicable resolution described in our Shipping Policy.
Shipping an order does not remove our obligations under that policy or applicable law.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Eligible devices purchased directly from pixlumvue.com may be returned by requesting a return within 60 days of delivery, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible U.S. returns include prepaid return shipping and no restocking fees. Devices may be opened and reasonably tested, subject to the condition requirements in that policy.
Contact cs@pixlumvue.com before sending a return. We will provide the approved return instructions, prepaid label, and designated return address.
Do not send products to our Hong Kong business address unless we expressly instruct you to do so.
Separately purchased data plans and top-ups are not automatically refunded as part of a device return. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and the applicable data-plan terms.
8. PRODUCT SUPPORT AND WARRANTIES
For device faults, setup questions, or connectivity issues, contact cs@pixlumvue.com with your order number and relevant details.
Any express product warranty is governed by the warranty terms provided with or specifically stated for that product. These Terms do not reduce any express warranty, return commitment, or rights available under applicable law.
A return period and a product warranty are separate. The end of the 60-day return period does not, by itself, end any applicable warranty or statutory rights.
9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
PIXLUMVUE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with PIXLUMVUE LIMITED.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and PIXLUMVUE LIMITED, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with PIXLUMVUE LIMITED.
10. PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
Shopify and payment or other service providers may also process information according to their respective privacy policies when providing their services.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The PIXLUMVUE name, branding, and website content are owned by us or used with permission from their respective owners.
You may use the website to learn about our products, make purchases, and obtain support. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit protected website content without permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
12. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS
Reviews and other submissions must reflect your genuine experience and must not be false, misleading, unlawful, or infringe another person’s rights.
If you submit a review for publication, you permit us to display and reproduce it in connection with our products and store. We will not change its meaning. Any compensation or incentive connected with a review should be disclosed.
We may remove submissions containing spam, personal information, abusive content, or other material that violates these Terms.
13. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not use our website to commit fraud, violate applicable laws, distribute malicious software, infringe intellectual property rights, or access accounts or systems without authorization.
You must not interfere with the website’s security or operation, misuse customer information, or impersonate another person.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse or protect our customers and services.

Those services may have their own terms, charges, and privacy practices. Please review them before making a purchase or submitting information.
Our use of third-party providers does not remove our responsibilities for products and services we sell directly to you.
15. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY
We take reasonable steps to maintain the website but cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free from technical errors.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, or overrides your applicable consumer rights, express warranties, or our published refund obligations.
16. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
Nothing in these Terms deprives you of protections or access to courts available to you under applicable mandatory law.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, services, or applicable requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page, with notice where required by law.
Updates will not retroactively remove rights or commitments relating to an order we have already accepted.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
